Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods, all purchases are considered final once the product has been delivered.

1. No Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a product has been successfully delivered.

2. Invalid Products

If a product is genuinely invalid, inaccessible, or significantly different from its listing at the time of delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We may investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

3. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reading the complete product description and ensuring that the product meets their requirements.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

• Customer misuse or modification of the product
• Sharing credentials with another person
• Customer-side technical issues
• Changes made after delivery
• Suspension or termination resulting from the customer's actions or use of the product

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the suspension of access to our store and may be investigated using available order and transaction information.

5. Refund Requests

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact @flashas_1 on discord with your order ID and a detailed explanation of the issue. Each request will be reviewed individually.

6. Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy.

We aim to resolve legitimate issues fairly and provide a smooth experience for our customers.
